Somewhat before dawn this morning, M attempted to keep the cat from squawking directly outside our bedroom door.
Cat: “Mrowr.”
M: “It’s OK, they’re just trying to sleep.”
Cat: Scratches at the door.
M: “Don’t do that, it isn’t good for your claws.”

E here and as you can see from the pics I took this morning my cat is doing great.  He is loving all the extra attention, the larger windows, the daily hamster show, and that his toys slide so well on the bare floors.

Tough start to middle school
