You’ve really got to wonder about mailing lists sometimes. M got a postcard in the mail today making him special offers on oceanfront properties.
1) The properties are slightly over 600 miles from here.
2) M’s income is currently $10/week.
3) M won’t be old enough to legally buy property for another 7 years.
